In Awe of God's Glory

In Jesus, there is no darkness! I am in awe of God when he turns the light on in my dark situations and allows me to see what I did not see before. I am in awe of HIS knowledge that goes before me and conquers the enemy I had no strength to fight. Then when I arrive , the battle is already won! Today's Word was a wake up call. A very important question was asked today during service, "am I ready for eternity now?" I am so grateful for this timely message. I have been in church most of my life but I have never heard a sermon on the second of coming of Jesus, and fearing God is the sign of wisdom, especially at this time because He has begun to show His mighty power. Joel 2:25 says "I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, My great army which I sent among you." Blessed be to the Lord God who is all knowing. FEAR is a darkness that can hold us back from so much. It can hold us back from doing the right things and it can hold us back from receiving all the Lord has for use. DO I TRUST HIM? That's a major question! I believe I do but, then I have to ask well why don't I follow all His directions? Is that a lack of TRUST or is it FEAR or are they the same? We trust the world's view but not trust God who already knows the plan! Wow!
